DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Returned products are inspected by the HECOstix Warranty Department. If the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we will offer a replacement for the defective product. If the problem was not caused by a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, the original product will be returned to you. Customer is responsible for shipping/handling cost and proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
