Is a helpful tool to add in peripheral awareness, reactions, and hand-eye-coordination to activities! It's a simple concept and useful tool that doesn't take lots of bells and whistles.

You can use these everywhere, including inside the house. It would be difficult to break anything with an errant throw. They are soft yet sturdy. Probably should get more to keep in the car. These are great.

I originally bought HECOstix for my boys who play lacrosse. They absolutely love it! Whenever we are traveling to tournaments HECOstix come along. We use them as a warm up and in between games. Once we realized they float we found a new way to use HECOstix. The boys and their friends we jumping in the pool making crazy catches. Can't wait for our beach vacation next month.
