Ways to throw HECOstix:
- Underhand (preferred)
- Holding HECOstix at the center core (usually less spin and easier to catch)
- Holding HECOstix at the grip end (usually faster rotations and more difficult to catch)
- Adding spin increases the difficulty level
- The higher the throw, the slower the rotation
- Sideways (like a frisbee)
