Originally purchased for hand eye coordination and reaction time for boxing, that being said my 14 & 10 year old absolutely love playing with it!!

My athletes love them my kids love them. This product will challenge anyone. No matter the skill set.

The hecostix that I purchased have come in handy. I have worked with my 8 year old son (football) to help him practice his hand-eye coordination. We've done challenges and he absolutely loves to get out there and use the hecostix. My daughter is 13 years old (softball) and she enjoys the challenge of catching the color that I shout out. It's a great quality product that helps bring a challenge and fun while developing the hand-eye coordination regardless of gender. We LOVE it!!!!

I use these with my patients and they are such a great rehab tool. They are fun, effective and durable as can be.
